Our restaurant serves our great family friendly dining daily from 8am-8pm and a delicious Carvery on Sundays served from 12 – 6 pm.
Hotel Rudyard has 12 attractive rooms. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and tea and coffee-making facilities. We also have two lovely cottages to rent – ideal for family groups.
The hotel and gardens provide a stunning backdrop and venue for your perfect wedding day. Set in tranquil countryside with an elegant private ballroom it is the perfect place to create your special day.
Our delightful dog friendly coffee shop is open from 10 am to 4 pm daily serving teas, coffees, cakes, hot and cold food and ice creams.

Welcome to Hotel Rudyard, a lakeside country hotel near Leek with en-suite rooms, holiday cottages, family restaurant, dining pods, coffee shop, wedding venue and beautiful gardens.
We are set in beautiful countryside with fabulous walking routes right on our doorstep – ideal for a meal or a few drinks before you walk! We are located right next to beautiful Rudyard Lake and close to the Steam Railway all set in the area loved by Rudyard Kipling. The hotel is just 2 miles north-west of the market town of Leek. Alton Towers Theme Park is a 20-minute drive away, while The Roaches and the Peak District National Park can be reached in 10 minutes. The surrounding area is ideal for scenic walks.
